Welcome to Superhost Depot! These Terms of Service explain how we work, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. By signing up for our services or using our platform, you agree to everything below.

 

  1. What We Do

Superhost Depot helps short-term rental hosts with coordination, support, and tools to make managing your property easier. We are not a real estate broker, property manager, or agent.

 

  1. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to manage a short-term rental. You are responsible for following all local laws and keeping your account information accurate.

 

  1. Plans and Services

We offer monthly subscription plans. You can cancel with 7 days’ notice. Prices may change unless you’re on a fixed contract. We may update these terms with notice.

 

Cohost Pro and Premium

  • Pro ($299) and Premium ($499) monthly plans
  • Includes guest messaging, smart lock support, vendor help, and concierge support
  • Premium adds claims help and security checks
  • We do not offer legal, accounting, or leasing services
  • Airbnb offers instant payouts; other platforms follow a separate multi-listing agreement

 

HostDesk (Emergency Support)

  • Available 24/7 for subscribers
  • Requires a signed emergency contact form
  • We coordinate help but are not liable for emergency outcomes

 

Digital Guidebook (GuestPad)

  • One free version per user (with our branding)
  • Paid version allows full customization
  • Branded content may generate revenue for Superhost Depot but not for the client

 

Staffing Services

  • Provided by Falcon Global Services
  • Clients contract directly with them

 

Supplies & Ecommerce

  • Offers guest supplies, restocks, and tools
  • Orders are subject to availability
  • Returns must be within 7 days; 30% restocking fee applies

 

  1. Payments
  • Billed monthly through Stripe
  • Auto-restock orders under $100 may be charged if pre-approved
  • Repairs under $500 may also be charged with prior approval
  • No refunds for unused time
  • Late payments may pause your service

 

  1. Payment Problems

You have 5 business days to fix failed payments. After that, your account may be paused. A $100 reactivation fee applies.

 

  1. Your Responsibilities
  • Get the right permits for your rental
  • Follow local STR laws
  • Keep your property safe and stocked
  • Approve vendors when needed

Superhost Depot is not responsible for fines, legal issues, or safety matters.

 

  1. Platform Integrations

We work with platforms like Airbnb, Hostaway, and Stripe. Each has its own terms. We are not responsible for outages, rule changes, or disruptions from these platforms.

 

  1. Ending the Service

Either party may end the agreement. If terms are broken or payments fail, access may be revoked. Data may be retained for up to 30 days.

 

  1. Additional Services

Services like interior design, photography, or virtual staffing have separate terms. If there’s a conflict, those written agreements apply.

 

  1. Guest Materials & Promotions

We may place branded materials or digital links at your property. These promote guest tools and offers. Some of these materials may lead to Superhost Depot revenue, which is not shared with clients.

 

  1. Travelhere.co (Guest-Facing Platform)

Travelhere.co is our dedicated guest-facing brand and booking platform. It allows guests to book directly across our property portfolio. Travelhere.co may collect an 8% booking fee from the guest to cover server costs, maintenance, and tools. This fee does not reduce your host payout. Guests may receive promotional emails or incentives to rebook through this channel.

 

  1. Guest Data

Guest contact and visit data may be used by Superhost Depot and Travelhere.co for marketing, feedback collection, or remarketing. We do not sell guest data and follow privacy best practices.

 

  1. What Not to Do

You may not:

  • Break short-term rental laws
  • Scrape or duplicate our software
  • Abuse support staff or skip payments

 

  1. AI and Automation

We use automation and AI tools to help with guest messaging, pricing suggestions, and scheduling. These tools are designed to support—not replace—your oversight. While we aim for accuracy, we recommend reviewing automated outputs. Superhost Depot is not liable for issues arising from AI tools or third-party automation services.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and/or pricing. We’ll notify you if we do. Continued use of our services means you accept the changes.
